This type of stuff makes me really miss Speedvision . Not the dopey ass Speed Channel- Speedvision, where they covered all kinds of stuff.
Half hour documentary on SC/Ramblers? Check.

Add some trailers for extra shenanigans! I LOVE lorry racing. Heck, this is something Americans should do. I’d totally pay to watch race spec Peterbilts, Freightliners, and Kenworths. :D

Truck racing is the best. I remember a guy brought one (one of the Pikes Peak guys, I think) to Laguna Seca for a demo during the ALMS weekend one year and Jan Magnussen (as I recall) begged him to have a go. The first couple of laps he was feeling it out, then on the third he came into 5 hard on it. I’m thinking “no way he makes it” but he just chucked the thing sideways and drifted through the turn. It was glorious.
